ارتباط تجارب معنوی روزانه با خودمراقبتی سالمندان شهر گنبد کاووس

چکیده

مقدمه: با افزایش سن، تغییراتی در ابعاد سلامتی سالمندان به وجود می‌آید. با توجه به تغییرات ایجاد شده، سالمندان مستعد آسیب و کاهش کیفیت زندگی می‌باشند. در نتیجه، رفتارهای ارتقا دهنده سلامت، اهمیت بیشتری پیدا می‌کند. مذهب و معنویت می‌تواند تأثیر مثبتی بر روی سلامت روانی و جسمی داشته باشد. با افزایش سن، باورهای مذهبی و سلامت معنوی هم افزایش می‌یابد. همچنین، پایبندی به اعتقادات و دستورالعمل‌های دینی انگیزه فرد را برای ایجاد و تقویت رفتارهای خودمراقبتی افزایش می‌دهد. هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، بررسی ارتباط تجارب معنوی روزانه با خودمراقبتی سالمندان بود.مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه توصیفی- همبستگی بر روی 200 نفر از سالمندان شهر گنبد کاووس در سال 1396 انجام گردید. نمونه‌ها به روش نمونه‌گیری غیر تصادفی در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، پرسش‌نامه تجارب معنوی روزانه (Daily Spiritual Experience Scale یا DSES) و پرسش‌نامه توانایی خودمراقبتی افراد سالمند (Self-care Ability Scale for the Elderly یا SASE) بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی Pearson و آزمون‌های ANOVA و Independent t مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.یافته‌ها: میانگین تجارب معنوی سالمندان و خودمراقبتی آنان به ترتیب 63/9 ± 31/81 و 22/5 ± 97/51 گزارش گردید و بر اساس ضریب همبستگی Pearson، ارتباط معنی‌داری بین این دو متغیر وجود نداشت (910/0 = P). اختلاف معنی‌داری بین تجارب معنوی روزانه با شغل مشاهده شد (007/0 = P). همچنین، یافته‌‌های به دست آمده، تفاوت معنی‌داری را بین خودمراقبتی و وضعیت تأهل نشان داد (020/0 = P).نتیجه‎گیری: میزان تجارب معنوی در سالمندان بالا می‌باشد که با توجه به فرهنگ و باورهای دینی در آنان، می‌توان با شناسایی نیازهای معنوی و تقویت آن‌ها، به بهبود کیفیت زندگی سالمندان کمک نمود.
