تأثیر تمرینات آب‌ درمانی بر درد، حس وضعیت مفصل و تشخیص دو نقطه در زنان مبتلا به کمردرد غیر اختصاصی مزمن

چکیده

مقدمه: بیماران مبتلا به کمردرد غیر اختصاصی (Non-specific low back pain یا NSLBP) مزمن، دچار نقص در حس وضعیت مفصل و تشخیص دو نقطه می‌باشند و این اختلالات با میزان درد این بیماران ارتباط دارد. هدف از انجام مطالعه حاضر، بررسی تأثیر تمرینات آب درمانی بر درد، حس وضعیت مفصل و تشخیص دو نقطه در زنان مبتلا به NSLBP و اختلال کنترل حرکت بود.مواد و روش‌ها: 25 زن مبتلا به NSLBP با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه ناتوانی Oswestry (Oswestry Disability Index یا ODI) انتخاب شدند و به طور تصادفی در دو گروه تجربی (12 نفر) و شاهد (13 نفر) قرار گرفتند. گروه تجربی 8 هفته تمرینات آب درمانی را دریافت کرد و گروه شاهد هیچ‌گونه تمرینی انجام نداد. قبل و پس از انجام مداخله‌های تمرین، از مقیاس دیداری درد (Visual analogue scale یا VAS)، گونیامتر و کالیپر به ترتیب برای سنجش درد کمر، حس وضعیت مفصل و تشخیص بین دو نقطه استفاده گردید. برای مقایسه درون گروهی و بین گروهی به ترتیب از آزمون‌های Paired t و Independent t استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: تفاوت معنی‌داری بین متغیرهای درد (007/0 = P)، حس وضعیت مفصل (005/0 = P) و تشخیص دو نقطه (008/0 = P) در مرحله پیش‌آزمون نسبت به پس‌آزمون در گروه تجربی وجود داشت؛ در حالی که تفاوت‌ها در گروه شاهد معنی‌دار نبود.نتیجه‎گیری: تمرینات آب درمانی منجر به کاهش درد، بهبود حس وضعیت مفصل و تشخیص دو نقطه در زنان مبتلا به NSLBP و اختلال کنترل حرکت می‌شود. بنابراین، استفاده از تمرینات آب درمانی در درمان این بیماران توصیه می‌گردد.
