مقایسه اثر تمرینات چشم ساکن و پیش‌بینی بر عملکرد دروازه‌بانان هاکی

چکیده
مقدمه: مهارت‌های ادراکی- شناختی برای اجرای موفق بسیاری از تکالیف مهم هستند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف مقایسه اثر تمرینات چشم ساکن و پیش‌بینی بر عملکرد دروازه‌بانان هاکی انجام گردید.مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه نیمه تجربی، 10 دروازه‌بان هاکی با کسب شرایط ورود، به روش هدفمند انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه تمرینات چشم ساکن (5 نفر) و تمرینات پیش‌بینی (5 نفر) قرار گرفتند. تحقیق شامل مراحل پیش‌آزمون، مداخله، پس‌آزمون و انتقال بود. مشارکت‌کنندگان در مراحل پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و انتقال (موقعیت تحت فشار) اقدام به دریافت 25 ضربه هاکی از فاصله 9 متری نمودند. مداخله در سه روز متوالی (9 بلوک 40 کوششی که در مجموع 360 کوشش بود) انجام شد و شرکت‌کنندگان دستورالعمل‌های مبتنی بر تمرینات خود را دریافت کردند. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های Independent t و Paired t در نرم‌افزار SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.یافته‌ها: تمرینات پیش‌بینی (010/0 = P) و تمرینات چشم ساکن (001/0 > P) تأثیر معنی‌داری بر عملکرد دروازه‌بانان هاکی داشت. بر اساس یافته‌ها، دروازه‌بانان گروه چشم ساکن در مقایسه با دروازه‌بانان گروه پیش‌بینی، هم در شرایط عادی (010/0 = P) و هم در شرایط تحت فشار (010/0 = P)، عملکرد بهتری را نشان دادند.نتیجه‌گیری: تمرینات چشم ساکن باعث عملکرد بهتر در مقایسه با تمرینات پیش‌بینی در شرایط عادی و تحت فشار می‌شود.
