تأثیر اضافه کردن تمرینات عصبی- عضلانی واکنشی بر تمرینات کرفوت بر کینتیک راه رفتن در دختران دارای کف پای صاف انعطاف‌پذیر: یک کارآزمایی بالینی یک سوکور

چکیده
مقدمه: کف پای صاف انعطاف‌پذیر اختلال شایعی در دوران رشد می‌باشد که با افت قوس طولی داخلی و تغییر الگوی راه ‌رفتن همراه است و می‌تواند منجر به درد و آسیب‌های مزمن شود. هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر ترکیب تمرینات کرفوت و تمرینات عصبی- ‌عضلانی واکنشی بر کینتیک راه ‌رفتن در دختران مبتلا به کف پای صاف بود.
مواد و روش‌ها: این کارآزمایی بالینی یک سوکور با طرح پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون در سه گروه (دو گروه تجربی، یک گروه شاهد) انجام شد. ۴۸ دختر 12 تا 15 ساله به‌ صورت تصادفی در سه گروه ۱۶ نفره تمرینات کرفوت، تمرینات کرفوت به اضافه تمرینات عصبی- ‌عضلانی واکنشی و شاهد قرار گرفتند. مداخلات به مدت هشت هفته (سه جلسه در هفته) انجام گرفت و داده‌های کینتیکی شامل نیروی عکس‌العمل زمین (Ground reaction force یا GRF)، زمان رسیدن به اوج نیروی عکس‌العمل زمین (T-Peak GRF) و جابه‌جایی مرکز فشار (Center of pressure یا COP) به کمک صفحه نیرو ثبت گردید. نرمال‌ بودن توزیع داده‌ها و همگنی واریانس‌ها به ترتیب با استفاده از آزمون‌های Shapiro-Wilk و Levene مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. به منظور مقایسه گروه‌ها در پیش‌آزمون، از آزمون One-way ANOVA و جهت مقایسه پس‌آزمون با کنترل اثر پیش‌آزمون از آزمون‌های ANCOVA و تعقیبی Bonferroni در سطح معنی‌داری ۰۵/۰ استفاده شد. داده‌ها در نرم‌افزار SPSS تجزیه و تحلیل گردید.
یافته‌ها: هشت هفته تمرینات تفاوت معنی‌داری در GRF، T-Peak GRF و COP ایجاد کرد (05/0 > P). گروه تمرینات کرفوت به اضافه تمرینات عصبی- عضلانی واکنشی نسبت به گروه کرفوت به تنهایی در GRF، T-Peak GRF وCOP بهبودی بیشتری را گزارش نمودند.
نتیجه‎گیری: اضافه کردن تمرینات عصبی- ‌عضلانی واکنشی به کرفوت، باعث بهبود کینتیک راه ‌رفتن و پایداری بیشتر می‌شود و یک رویکرد کم‌هزینه و بالینی مؤثر برای مدیریت کف پای صاف انعطاف‌پذیر است.
