مداخلات گفتار درمانی در بیماران مبتلا به آفازی گلوبال: بررسی مروری روایی

چکیده
 
مقدمه: آفازی گلوبال، نوعی اختلال اکتسابی شدید زبان است که به دلیل ضایعه گسترده در نیم کره چپ و نواحی قشری و زیرقشری و ماده سفید، باعث بروز مشکلاتی در تمام جنبه های شفاهی و نوشتاری زبان می گردد. به طور کلی، این عارضه ارتباط فرد و روابط اجتماعی وی را تحت تأثیر قرار می دهد و بیمار به مداخلات مداوم توان بخشی به ویژه گفتار درمانی نیازمند است. هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، بررسی روش های گفتار درمانی رایج آفازی گلوبال و بررسی هر یک بر اساس مستندات موجود و معرفی کارامدترین روش درمانی بود.
مواد و روش ها: به منظور بررسی مروری روش های گفتار درمانی رایج در آفازی گلوبال، کلمات کلیدی «آفازی گلوبال، گفتار درمانی، مداخله، متد درمانی، ارتباط، مهارت درکی و بیانی» در پایگاه های اطلاعاتی Web of Science، PubMed، Scopus،Medline ، Scientific Information Database (SID)، Google Scholar، Ovid و Magiran جستجو گردید و مقالات انتشار یافته در بازه زمانی سال های 1980 تا 2020 مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.
یافته ها: پس از یافتن و بررسی 19 مقاله مرتبط، 9 روش کلامی و غیر کلامی برای بهبود ارتباط و زبان بیانی و درکی در آفازی گلوبال بررسی گردید که برخی از آن ها مؤثر بودند و تعدادی اثربخشی لازم را نداشتند.
نتیجه گیری: روش های غیر کلامی و ارتباطی مکمل- جایگزین در درمان افراد مبتلا به آفازی گلوبال نتایج مطلوب تری ایجاد می کند. تکنیک هایی مانند کتب Remnant و روش های Melodic intonation therapy (MIT) و SIPARI نیز اثربخشی بیشتری نسبت به سایر روش ها داشتند.
