کدهای اخلاق حرفه‌ای توان‌بخشی در کشورهای انگلیسی زبان بر اساس یک پژوهش مروری روایی

چکیده
مقدمه: توان‌بخشی به افراد کم‌توان، دارای ابعاد اخلاقی است. بنابراین، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی کدهای اخلاق حرفه‌ای توان‌بخشی در کشورهای انگلیسی زبان از طریق یک مطالعه مروری روایی انجام شد.مواد و روش‌ها: در این تحقیق، کدهای اخلاق حرفه‌ای در کشور‌های استرالیا، کانادا، آمریکا و انگلستان از طریق موتور جستجوگر Google مورد جستجو قرار گرفت. بر این اساس، کدهای اخلاق حرفه‌ای رشته‌های توان‌بخشی (شامل ارتوپدی فنی، کاردرمانی و فیزیوتراپی) استخراج گردید و توسط دو نویسنده به صورت مستقل مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. جهت دسته‌بندی، از اصول چهارگانه اخلاق زیستی در مکتب اصولگرایان استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: مجموعه مسؤولیت‌های حرفه‌ای برای افراد عهده‌دار خدمات توان‌بخشی طی تحقیق مروری روایی جمع‌آوری و بر اساس اصول چهارگانه اخلاق زیستی دسته‌بندی گردید و تحت عنوان کدهای اخلاقی برای خدمات توان‌بخشی در کشورهای انگلیسی زبان ارایه شد.نتیجه‌گیری: به عنوان اولین اقدام در تهیه یک چارچوب مطمئن برای اخلاق حرفه‌ای، کدهای اخلاق حرفه‌ای توان‌بخشی در کشورهای استرالیا، کانادا، آمریکا و انگلستان از طریق یک مطالعه مروری روایی بررسی گردید تا بتوان بر اساس آن مبانی اخلاق حرفه‌ای در خدمات توان‌بخشی را بر اساس آموزه‌های ایرانی- اسلامی پیشنهاد داد.
