Providing Ethics (and IRCT) Code Is Mandatory

Documented by the letter 700/293/D dated 2022.08.24 from the Deputy of Research and Technology of the Ministry of Health, Treatment , and Medical Education, back to March 21st, 2015, missing ethics code (and the IRCT code for clinical trials) in articles derived from researches involving human and non-human samples will be considered as an ethical violation. Inadvertent error in articles published in medical journals will spot as a farud by the editorial team and will be subjected to formal notice and legal action.

Note: If the codes were not provided on the title page of the submitted manuscript, the manuscript will be rejected immediately and the submission fee will not be refundable.
