راهنمای تجویز ورزش برای افزایش وزن در مبتلایان به لاغری مزاجی: مرور مفهومی

چکیده

مقدمه: لاغری مزاجی (Constitutional thinness یا CT) حالتی از لاغری است که در آن هیچ نشانه‌ای از سوء تغذیه وجود ندارد. هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، مرور شواهد موجود در مورد تأثیر ورزش در افزایش وزن افراد مبتلا به این نوع لاغری بود.
مواد و روش‌ها: کلیه مقالات فارسی و انگلیسی زبان، بدون هرگونه محدودیت در زمان انتشار یا نوع مقاله، در پایگاه‌های داده ملی و بین‌المللی بین ماه‌های مهر تا آذر سال 1401 در مرکز تحقیقات اختلالات اسکلتی- عضلانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان مورد جستجو قرار گرفت. بدین منظور، از کلمات کلیدی «لاغری مزاجی، ورزش، تمرین، توده چربی، توده بدون چربی، فعالیت بدنی، شاخص توده بدن، وزن و افزایش وزن» استفاده گردید.
یافته‌ها: به نظر می‌رسد تاکنون در زمینه تأثیر ورزش بر افزایش وزن و شاخص توده بدن (Body mass index یا BMI) این افراد، مطالعه‌ای صورت نگرفته باشد.
نتیجه‎گیری: تأثیر احتمالی ورزش منظم در مبتلایان به CT بر پایه مبانی نظری تأثیر ورزش بر سیستم‌های مختلف بدن به بحث گذاشته شد. پیشنهاد می‌شود مطالعات بالینی در زمینه تأثیر ورزش در افزایش وزن این افراد طراحی و اجرا گردد.
