مقایسه فعالیت الکترومایوگرافی عضلات منتخب اندام تحتانی در بدمینتونیست‌های دارای بی‌ثباتی عملکردی مچ پا در فاز فیدفوروارد و فیدبک هنگام فرود تک پا: مطالعه مقطعی

چکیده

مقدمه: بی‌ثباتی عملکردی مچ پا، یکی از شایع‌‌ترین آسیب‌های ورزشی به شمار می‌رود که باعث اختلال در کنترل عصبی- عضلانی و شدت فعالیت عضلانی می‌شود. هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، مقایسه فعالیت الکترومایوگرافی عضلات منتخب اندام تحتانی در بدمینتونیست‌های دارای بی‌ثباتی عملکردی مچ پا در فاز فیدفوروارد و فیدبک هنگام فرود تک پا بود.
مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه مقطعی، 30 بدمینتونیست مرد (15 نفر دارای بی‌ثباتی عملکردی مچ پا و 15 نفر بدون بی‌ثباتی عملکردی مچ پا) انتخاب شدند. ابتدا از آن‌ها حداکثر انقباض ارادی (Maximal voluntary contraction یا MVC) گرفته شد. سپس آزمودنی‌ها روی سکوی با ارتفاع 30 سانتی‌متر قرار گرفتند و برای رسیدن به محل پرش چندین قدم برداشتند و با رسیدن به محل مورد نظر، فرود به صورت تک پا با پای غالب صورت گرفت. در مرحله بعد، فعالیت الکتریکی عضلات منتخب به صورت فیدفرواردی و فیدبکی ثبت گردید. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های Independent t و Mann-Whitney U مورد تجزیه ‌و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته ها: نتایج آرمون‌های Independent t و Mann-Whitney U نشان داد که فعالیت الکترومایوگرافی در مرحله فیدفورواردی در عضلات تیبیالیس آنتریور (001/0 = P)، گاستروکنمیوس (001/0 = P) و پرونئوس لانگوس (001/0 = P) و همچنین، در مرحله فیدبکی در عضلات تیبیالیس آنتریور (001/0 = P)، گاستروکنمیوس (001/0 = P) و پرونئوس لانگوس (001/0 = P) در گروه بدون بی‌ثباتی عملکردی مچ پا نسبت به گروه دارای بی‌ثباتی به صورت معنی‌داری بیشتر بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: کاهش فعالیت عضلات اندام تحتانی در مچ پا، یکی از اصلی‌‌ترین دلایل پیچ‌‌خوردگی مچ پا می‌‌باشد. فعالیت الکترومایوگرافی عضلات تیبیالیس آنتریور، گاستروکنمیوس و پرونئوس لانگوس در مرحله فیدفورواردی و فیدبکی در افراد دارای بی‌ثباتی عملکردی مچ پا کمتر از افراد بدون بی‌ثباتی بود. بنابراین، تفاوت‌های بسیاری در شدت فعالیت عضلانی در افراد دارای بی‌ثباتی عملکردی مچ پا به نسبت افراد سالم وجود دارد.
