Necessary data for this research is gathered by using the use of mother's time questionnaire and demographic questionnaire. Mann-Whitney, Independent T test are also used for date analysis in SPSS16.Results: statistical analysis has shown meaning full differences in caring of children; so that cerebral palsy children's mothers spend more time on child's affairs and also in satisfaction of time management skill, meaning full differences was obtained and healthy children's mothers have more satisfaction than those mothers.Conclusion: according to the obtained information of this research, cerebral palsy children's mothers spend more time on their children.
