The use of motor tests, involving dual task, could facilitate screening and differentiation between the elderly with AD and MCI. The goal of this study is to design and validate dual-tasks based on Kinect sensor in a virtual reality environment to evaluate cognitive disorders in the elderly.Materials and Methods: This was a validating study with the statistical society including the psychologists who were expert in the field of AD treatment, cognitive disorders, and the educational technologies, among whom 10 people were purposefully selected. A package of dual tasks based on Kinect sensor in a virtual reality environment was developed and evaluated for assessing cognitive disorders in geriatrics. The tools used in this study included a three dimensional game made by Unity, a Kinect sensor, and a virtual reality headset. To determine the content validity of the software, a questionnaire was prepared by the technical team concerning the software content, and then was filled by the psychologists. The software validity was determined using the Kappa coefficient.Results: Applying the revisions based on the comments received, the experts’ opinions were analyzed and resulted in the Kappa coefficient of 93.4%.Conclusion: The software developed seems to have the acceptable content validity. Dual tasks based on the Kinect sensor may be used to accurately evaluate the cognitive function in the elderly.}, keywords = {Dual-task,Kinect,Virtual reality,Cognitive disorder,Elderly}, title_fa = {طراحی و اعتبارسنجی نرم‌افزار تکالیف دوگانه مبتنی بر حسگر Kinect در محیط واقعیت مجازی برای ارزیابی اختلالات شناختی در سالمندان}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: تغییرات حرکتی ممکن است در مراحل اولیه بیماری آلزایمر و یا حتی در مراحل قبلی مانند اختلال شناختی خفیف (Mild cognitive impairment یا MCI) مشاهده شود. استفاده از آزمون‌های حرکتی در تکالیف دوگانه (فعالیت‌ جسمی و شناختی)، می‌تواند تمایز بین سالمندان عادی و افراد مبتلا به آلزایمر و MCI را تسهیل کند. هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، طراحی و اعتبارسنجی نرم‌افزار تکالیف دوگانه مبتنی بر حسگر Kinect در محیط واقعیت مجازی به منظور بررسی نحوه گام برداشتن به همراه تکالیف شناختی برای تمایز سالمندان عادی از سالمندان مستعد آلزایمر یا MCI بود.مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه از نوع اعتبارسنجی و جامعه آماری متشکل از کلیه روان‌شناسان متخصص در زمینه درمان آلزایمر، MCI و تکنولوژی آموزشی بود که 10 نفر از آن‌ها به ‌عنوان نمونه پژوهشی و به ‌صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند. در این تحقیق، بسته‌ای از تکالیف دوگانه مبتنی بر حسگر Kinect در محیط واقعیت مجازی به منظور ارزیابی اختلالات شناختی در سالمندان طراحی و تأیید شد. ابزارهای مورد استفاده شامل یک بازی سه بعدی ساخته شده به وسیله موتور Unity، یک حسگر Kinect و یک هدست واقعیت مجازی بود. جهت سنجش اعتبار محتوایی نرم‌افزار، پرسش‌نامه‌ای با همکاری استادان مربوط در مورد محتوای نرم‌افزار تهیه گردید و در اختیار متخصصان قرار گرفت.یافته‌ها: پس از اعمال نظرات اصلاحی و بررسی داده‌های حاصل از فرم پاسخگویی متخصصان، میزان اعتبار نرم‌افزار با استفاده از ضریب توافق Kappa محاسبه شد و 4/93 درصد به دست آمد.نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس نتایج، می‌توان گفت که نرم‌افزار طراحی ‌شده از اعتبار محتوایی مناسبی برخوردار می‌باشد. استفاده از وظایف دوگانه مبتنی بر Kinect می‌تواند عملکرد شناختی در افراد سالمند را با اطمینان ارزیابی کند.}, keywords_fa = {تکالیف دوگانه,Kinect,واقعیت مجازی,اختلالات شناختی,سالمندی}, url = {https://jrrs.mui.ac.ir/article_17126.html}, eprint = {https://jrrs.mui.ac.ir/article_17126_d7a17eda3de6bac543701f1f4ecfb793.pdf} }
