Exercise training plays an important role in controlling diabetes variables. The aim of this research was to consider the effectiveness of exercise on biochemical parameters in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Materials and Methods: This randomized controlled clinical trial study was carried out with 40 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus selected out of 702 volunteers. These individuals were randomly divided to two groups, combined (aerobic and resistance) exercise and control. Intervention protocol included 24 sessions (8 weeks) of aerobic exercise on the treadmill with zero slope, three days per week for 30 minutes per session. Intensity of training protocol was 50-70 percent of maximum heart rate, and that subjects wear a weighted vest. Measurements of parameters were done before and after 24 sessions.Results: Basically, there were no significant differences in variable values. After eight weeks, fasting blood sugar (FBS) (P = 0.059), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) (P = 0.333) were significantly reduced in the combined group; but not low-density lipoprotein (LDL), very low-density of lipoprotein (VLDL), high-density lipoprotein (HDL), total cholesterol, triglyceride, and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (HS-CRP) (P > 0.050 for all). Alternatively, the value remained unchanged in the combined group while it was increased in the control group (P = 0.001).Conclusion: 24 sessions of aerobic exercise improved FBS and HbA1c in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. However, longer training duration is deemed to need to modify other variables.}, keywords = {Exercise,Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus,Hb A1c,Blood glucose}, title_fa = {تأثیر ورزش‌های ترکیبی هوازی و مقاومتی بر شاخص‌های بیوشیمیایی بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع دو}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: بیماری دیابت یکی از مهم‌ترین مشکلات سلامت در نواحی آسیایی است. فعالیت فیزیکی نقش مهمی در کنترل متغیرهای متأثر از دیابت ایفا می‌کند. هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثرات ورزش در متغیرهای بیوشیمیایی بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع دو بود.مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی، 40 بیمار از میان 702 فرد داوطلب مبتلا به دیابت انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه ورزش‌های ترکیبی (هوازی و مقاومتی) و شاهد تقسیم شدند. برنامه مداخله گروه ترکیبی شامل 24 جلسه ورزش هوازی روی تردمیل با شیب صفر درجه، به صورت 3 روز در هفته و هر جلسه به مدت 30 دقیقه با شدت 70-50 درصد حداکثر ضربان قلب بود و افراد از جلیقه حاوی وزنه حین انجام برنامه ورزشی استفاده نمودند. گروه شاهد به مدت دو ماه در هیچ نوع فعالیت ورزشی شرکت نداشت. متغیرها قبل و بعد از 24 جلسه مداخله درمانی اندازه‌گیری گردید.یافته‌ها: در ابتدای مداخله، تفاوت معنی‌داری بین دو گروه از نظر قد، وزن، شاخص توده بدنی (Body mass index یا BMI) و سابقه ابتلا به دیابت وجود نداشت. پس از هشت هفته، میزان قند خون ناشتا (Fasting blood sugar یا FBS) و مقدار Glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) در گروه ترکیبی کاهش معنی‌داری را نشان داد (به ترتیب 001/0 = P و 002/0 = P)، اما در متغیرهای Very low-density lipoprotein (VLDL)، Low-density lipoprotein (LDL)، تری‌گلیسرید، کلسترول و High-sensitivity C-reactive protein (HS-CRP) گروه ترکیبی تغییری مشاهده نشد (050/0 < P). میزان High-density lipoprotein (HDL) در گروه ترکیبی بدون تغییر و در گروه شاهد با افزایش گزارش گردید (001/0 = P).نتیجه‌گیری: 24 جلسه ورزش باعث کاهش FBS و HbA1c شرکت‌کنندگان گروه ترکیبی هوازی و مقاومتی در بیماران مبتلا به دیابت گردید. کاهش شاخص HDL در گروه شاهد و عدم تغییر آن در گروه ترکیبی، زنگ خطری برای افراد بی‌تحرک می‌باشد. به منظور مشاهده اثرات بیشتر در متغیرهای دیگر، انجام مداخله با شدت‌های بالاتر و تعداد جلسات بیشتر ضروری به نظر می‌رسد.}, keywords_fa = {ورزش,دیابت نوع دو,HbA1c,قند خون}, url = {https://jrrs.mui.ac.ir/article_17085.html}, eprint = {https://jrrs.mui.ac.ir/article_17085_259ede31fab27824845abf023ff18a4d.pdf} }
