Destruction of executive functions seems to be one of the cognitive reasons of potential phenotype in autistic disorder. Thus, the present paper aims to study the relationship between response inhibition and cognitive flexibility with autistic symptoms.Materials and Methods: In this cross-sectional study, 50 children with high-Functioning autism were selected using convenience sampling method with the High-Functioning Autism Spectrum Screening Questionnaire (ASSQ). Then the Gilliam Autism Rating Scale (GARS) was completed by therapist and neuropsychological tests of stroop and cognitive flexibility scale were taken by the subjects. Pearson correlation coefficient and multi-variant regression were used for data analysis.Results: There is a significant negative relationship between response inhibition with communicative and social interaction symptoms (P < 0.01, P < 0.05, P < 0.001). There is a significant negative relationship between cognitive flexibility with communicative, social interaction and stereotype behavior symptoms (P < 0.01, P < 0.05). The results of regression analysis also show that response inhibition can predict communication symptoms. Cognitive flexibility can predict social interaction symptoms (P < 0.01, P < 0.05).Conclusion: The results obtained by this study indicate the significant role of response inhibition and cognitive flexibility in autistic symptoms. Thus, it is recommended to consider executive functions for new treatment of children with autism disorder.}, keywords = {Response Inhibition,Cognitive flexibility,Behavioral symptoms,Autism}, title_fa = {بررسی ارتباط مهار پاسخ و انعطاف پذیری شناختی با علائم رفتاری در کودکان مبتلا به اختلال اوتیسم با عملکرد بالا}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: رابطه علائم اوتیسم با توانایی‌های شناختی می‌تواند بررسی سبب شناسی و درمان این اختلال را تسهیل نماید. تخریب کارکرد اجرایی یکی از چندین فنوتیپ‌های شناختی بالقوه در اوتیسم است. لذا هدف این مطالعه بررسی رابطه مهار پاسخ و انعطاف پذیری شناختی با علائم اختلال اوتیسم با عملکرد بالا است.مواد و روش‌ها: در این پژوهش مقطعی 50 کودک مبتلا به اوتیسم با عملکرد بالا با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس براساس آزمون سنجش دامنه طیف اوتیسم انتخاب شد. سپس آزمون GARS (Gilliam Autism Rating Scale) توسط درمانگران و آزمون های نوروسایکولوژیک انعطاف پذیری شناختی و مهار پاسخ توسط آزمودنی‌ها تکمیل گردید. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از ضریب همبستگی Pearson و تحلیل رگرسیون چندمتغیری استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: بین مهار پاسخ با علائم ارتباطات و تعاملات اجتماعی رابطه منفی و معنی دار وجود دارد (001/0 > P ، 01/0 > P، 05/0 > P). همچنین انعطاف پذیری شناختی با علائم ارتباطات، تعاملات اجتماعی و رفتارهای کلیشه‌ای رابطه منفی و معنی دار داشت (001/0 > P، 01/0 > P، 05/0 > P). همچنین نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که مهار پاسخ توانایی پیش بینی علائم ارتباطات و انعطاف پذیری شناختی توانایی پیش بینی علائم تعاملات اجتماعی را دارند (05/0 > P و 01/0 > P).نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این مطالعه حاکی از نقش مهار پاسخ و انعطاف پذیری شناختی در علائم اختلال اوتیسم با عملکرد بالا است. لذا پیشنهاد می‌شود مداخلات درمانی نوین در ترمیم مهار پاسخ و انعطاف پذیری شناختی در کودکان مبتلا به اوتیسم طراحی شود}, keywords_fa = {مهار پاسخ,انعطاف پذیری شناختی,علائم رفتاری,اوتیسم}, url = {https://jrrs.mui.ac.ir/article_16892.html}, eprint = {https://jrrs.mui.ac.ir/article_16892_d269d7b9b7564aeb62aa6929d10eb946.pdf} }
