It seems that pain in neck affects the angle of forward head in these people. The aim of this research was to compare the degree of forward head in official computer users of Isfahan University with and without chronic neck pain.Methods and Materials: The statistical population was 66 men including 33 with chronic neck pain and 33 healthy subjects. A questionnaire was used for data collection about the subjects, and goniometer and visual analog scale (VAS) were used for assessment of their forward head angle and severity of neck pain respectively. For statistical analysis of data, independent t-test and Pearson correlation were used (P < 0.05).Results: Mean of forward head for subjects with chronic neck pain and healthy controls were 26.97 ± 6.99 and 24.24 ± 6.19 degrees respectively. There was a significant difference in mean forward head between persons with chronic neck pain and healthy persons (P<0.05). Mean severity of neck pain was 36.7 ± 15.34 among persons with chronic neck pain. Forward head angle and severity of neck pain correlated significantly (P < 0.05).Conclusions: It can be concluded that persons with neck pain had greater forward head angle compared with those without pain. This necessitates considering and taking corrective and preventive measures for persons that working with computers.Keyword: Forward head, Chronic neck pain, Computer users}, keywords = {}, title_fa = {مقایسه زاویه سر به جلو در کارکنان مرد مبتلا به گردن درد مزمن و سالم}, abstract_fa = {هدف: گردن درد مزمن یکی از اختلالات شایع در بین کاربران رایانه میباشد. به نظر میرسد که افزایش زاویه سر به جلو باعث گردن درد در کاربران رایانه میشود. هدف از این مطالعه مقایسه میزان سر به جلو در کارکنان مرد مبتلا به گردن درد مزمن و افراد سالم کاربر رایانه دانشگاه اصفهان میباشد.روش بررسی: جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل 66 نفر مرد کاربر رایانه شامل 33 نفر دچار گردن درد مزمن و 33 نفر سالم می باشد. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات مربوط به کاربران رایانه از پرسشنامه اطلاعات فردی محقق ساخته، برای اندازه گیری زاویه سر به جلو از گونیامتر و برای سنجش میزان درد گردن از مقایس بصری درد (VAS) استفاده شده است. . برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از تی مستقل و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون در سطح )05/0(P<  استفاده شد.یافته ها: میانگین زاویه سر به جلو در افراد دچار گردن درد مزمن (99/6 ± 97/26) و افراد سالم (19/6 ± 24/24) درجه بود. تفاوت معناداری در میانگین زاویه سر به جلو هر دو گروه مشاهده شد )05/0(P<. همچنین میانگین نمره شدت گردن درد در افراد مبتلا به گردن درد مزمن (34/15 ± 7/36 درصد) بود. به طوری که رابطه بین زاویه سر به جلو و میزان درد گردن معنا دار بود )05/0(P<.نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج پژوهش حاضر می توان نتیجه گرفت که افراد مبتلا به گردن درد مزمن نسبت به افراد بدون گردن درد دارای زاویه سر به جلوی بیشتری بودند. و این مسئله ضرورت توجه به این افراد و اقدامات پیشگیری کننده، اصلاحی و درمانی را بیان مینماید.کلید واژه ها: سر به جلو، گردن درد مزمن، کاربران رایانه.}, keywords_fa = {}, url = {https://jrrs.mui.ac.ir/article_16440.html}, eprint = {https://jrrs.mui.ac.ir/article_16440_19db38a26bdc8d7e9ebb420da5fcb844.pdf} }
