تدوین برنامه آموزشی تمرین مهارت‌های ذهنی و اثربخشی آن بر ویژگی‌های روانی و شناختی فوتبالیست‌های نوجوان در فصل مسابقه: یک مطالعه اقدام‌پژوهی

چکیده

مقدمه: مهارت‌های ذهنی یک ورزشکار باعث می‌شود که سطح عملکرد مطلوب ورزشکاران در فصل مسابقات از یکدیگر متمایز گردد. هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، تدوین برنامه آموزشی تمرین مهارت‌های ذهنی و اثربخشی آن بر ویژگی‌های روانی و شناختی فوتبالیست‌های نوجوان در فصل مسابقه بود.
مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه، 21 ورزشکار نوجوان پسر با دامنه سنی 11 تا 13 سال، از یک آکادمی تخصصی فوتبال که در لیگ برتر شهرستان‌های اصفهان حضور داشت، به عنوان شرکت‌کننده انتخاب شدند. روش تحقیق، اقدام پژوهی و شیوه جمع‌آوری اطلاعات به صورت کیفی بود. داده‌ها با نظارت بر رفتارهای کلامی و غیر کلامی جمع‌آوری گردید. برای شناخت افکار، احساسات و نگرش مشارکت‌کنندگان نیز مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته با مربی و والدین ورزشکاران انجام شد. داده‌های به دست آمده به دقت پیاده‌سازی و با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی تجزیه و تحلیل گردید.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش در 7 مقوله فراگیر شامل «انسجام تیمی، خودگویی مثبت، خودمراقبتی، اعتماد به نفس کاذب، پذیرش قوانین فوتبالی، تمرکز و بازیافت تمرکز و جلوگیری از عوامل حواس‌پرتی (عوامل مداخله‌کننده)» قرار داده شد.
نتیجه‎گیری: آموزش تمرین مهارت‌های ذهنی بر اساس نیاز ورزشکاران در فصل مسابقه متفاوت می‌باشد. از آن‌جایی که توجه به نیازهای شناسایی شده و برنامه‌های مهارت ذهنی در فصل مسابقه برای ورزشکاران اهمیت فراوانی دارد، ضروری است که مربیان، روان‌شناسان و مدیران ورزشی، عوامل محیطی و فردی را برای تدوین برنامه مهارت ذهنی اثرگذار مورد توجه قرار دهند.
