تأثير خستگي بر فعاليت الکتریکی عضلات اندام تحتاني در آزمون‌ عملکردي اندام تحتاني

چکیده


مقدمه: اندام تحتاني يکي از عوامل مهم تأثیرگذار بر عملکرد است و عضلات این ناحیه در عملکرد افراد نقش بسزايي ایفا می‌کند. عضلات اندام تحتاني نقش مهمي در حفظ کنترل وضعیت به خصوص در حرکات تک ‌پا دارند. ناکارامدي يا ضعف اين عضلات طي حرکات دايناميکي، ممکن است کنترل ناقص دايناميکي قامت را افزايش دهد. خستگي عضلاني، ميزان فعاليت عضلات را تحت تأثير قرار مي‌دهد. هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، مقايسه فعاليت الکتروميوگرافي عضلات اندام تحتاني قبل و بلافاصله بعد از خستگي بود.

مواد و روش‌ها: 20 دانشجوي پسر رشته تربيت ‌بدني در اين مطالعه شرکت کردند. سطح فعاليت الکتروميوگرافي عضلات راست راني، همسترينگ خارجي، ساقي قدامي و دو قلوي داخلي، قبل و بعد از خستگي با استفاده از دستگاه الکتروميوگرافي ارزيابي گردید. به ‌منظور ايجاد خستگي در عضلات اندام تحتاني، از پروتکل خستگي به‌ وسيله دستگاه بايودکس استفاده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون Paired t در سطح معنی‌داری 05/0 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.

یافته‌ها: تفاوت معني‌داري بین سطح فعاليت عضلات راست راني (020/0 = P)، همسترينگ (001/0 > P)، ساقي قدامي (001/0 > P) و دو قلوی داخلي (001/0 > P) قبل و بعد از خستگي وجود داشت.

نتیجه‌گیری: خستگي عضلات اندام تحتاني، اثر منفي بر ميزان فعاليت عضلات اطراف مفصل زانو دارد. خستگي عضلات، احتمال آسيب‌پذيري مفاصل را افزايش می‌دهد. اين نتايج را مي‌توان در طراحي برنامه‌هاي بازتواني و تمريني ورزشکاران مورد توجه قرار داد تا از تغيير شاخص‌های بيومکانيکي راه رفتن يا آسيب جلوگيري به عمل آید.
