تأثیر رویکرد کنترل حرکتی با و بدون ویبریشن کل بدن بر درد و تعادل ایستا و پویای پرستاران دارای کمردرد مزمن غیر اختصاصی: کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی

چکیده

مقدمه: یکی از شایع‌ترین اختلالات اسکلتی- عضلانی در میان پرستاران، کمردرد غیر اختصاصی (Non-specific low back pain یا NLBP) می‌باشد که می‌تواند هزینه‌های زیادی را بر جوامع تحمیل نماید. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر رویکرد کنترل حرکتی با و بدون ویبریشن کل بدن (WBV یا Whole-body vibration)، بر درد و تعادل ایستا و پویای پرستاران دارای NLBP انجام شد.
مواد و روش‌ها: نمونه‌ها شامل 75 پرستار زن دارای NLBP و با سابقه درد بیش از سه ماه بود که به طور تصادفی در سه گروه ترکیبی (تمرینات کنترل حرکتی با WBV)، تمرینات کنترل حرکتی و شاهد تقسیم شدند. شدت درد به کمک مقیاس دیداری درد (Visual analog scale یا VAS) و تعادل ایستا و پویا نیز با استفاده از دستگاه تعادل‌سنج بایودکس اندازه‌گیری گردید. آزمون‌ها قبل و پس از هشت هفته انجام شد. آزمون Shapiro-Wilk جهت بررسی تبعیت داده‌ها از توزیع نرمال مورد استفاده قرار گرفت؛ در صورت تبعیت کردن یا نکردن توزیع، به ترتیب از آزمون‌های پارامتریک ANOVA و غیر پارامتریک Kruskal-Wallis استفاده گردید.
یافته‌ها: در شدت درد و تعادل ایستا و پویا، تفاوت معنی‌داری بین گروه‌های ترکیبی و تمرینات کنترل حرکتی نسبت به گروه شاهد وجود داشت (001/0 > P)، اما بین دو گروه ترکیبی و تمرینات کنترل حرکتی تفاوت معنی‌داری مشاهده نشد (050/0 < P).
نتیجه‎گیری: به نظر می‌رسد تمرین موجب بهبود علایم NLBP در پرستاران گردید و هر دو رویکرد ورزشی به یک اندازه مؤثر بود.
